The “Jewel of the South Shore” this Lunenburg waterfront home is located less than 5 minutes from the UNESCO Heritage site, the quaint town of Mahone Bay and the Lunenburg Yacht Club.  Meticulously maintained, this 2-bedroom 2 bath home with a separate 1 bedroom guesthouse is nestled on several private landscaped acres, offering water frontage, private dock and boat launch.

Once inside, expansive windows, hardwood floors, and open concept rooms create a warm atmosphere that is tastefully decorated.  The feeling of living outdoors is enhanced with water and garden window views. The layout of this home features a fully equipped large kitchen; separate dining area and living room with wood stove. Upstairs are two bedrooms (queen and 2 twins). The guesthouse is a large 1 bedroom (king) 1 bath with sitting area. .Each of the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

Only a short drive away are spectacular beaches, historic towns, galleries, museums and craft shops. This area offers world class surfing and sea kayaking, fresh water canoeing, superb golfing and excellent cycling and hiking.
